Keyhole or laparoscopic Umbilical hernia repair
Umbilical and para umbilcal hernia are small. They are usually repaired through a small incision around the belly button. As the defect is small it can be closed with sutures or mesh.

There is no real advantage to using an endoscope and keyhole surgery.
